Motorbike ride out for patient Pete Burch

A celebratory ride to mark 10 years since Pete Burch's accident
On March 7th 2015, I was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident on the A30 just outside Salisbury, whilst riding a Kawasaki ZX-10R. I sustained severe life changing injuries, the main one being complete, permanent paralysis of my left arm. It was touch and go at the accident scene and for the next 48 hours, but thanks to the wonderful Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, who genuinely saved my life by flying me to the nearest major trauma centre in Southampton, I have been able to lead a very close to "normal" life since the accident.
To celebrate this, I would like to invite you all to a celebratory ride, 10 years to the weekend of the accident, and to raise funds for Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance as we enter bike season again. Bournemouth Kawasaki are opening their café specifically in the morning from 09:30 for breakfasts and tea/coffee. The ride is open to all and will begin from Bournemouth Kawasaki on Sunday 9th March at 10:30. We'll be riding to Compton Abbas airfield where further light refreshments will be available, although no indoor seating is available. A charity raffle will be completed to raise additional funds.
