CycleFest @ Castle Combe

CycleFest returns for 2025! Gear up for a family friendly day of cycling fun.

An incredible opportunity to cycle around the Castle Combe Race Circuit with your family and friends. Open to all age ranges and cycling abilities.

The family cycle runs on the main Castle Combe race circuit from 11am until 4pm - and you can take part in as many laps as you want. Why not set yourself a target? For each lap you do, you’ll get a stamp on our Cycling Challenge Card. Points = prizes!

We will have a whole host of activities to keep you entertained including:

Cycling proficiency
Children's activities
Learn about local family friendly cycle routes
Meet the Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance mascot
Tasty food vendors

Why not set yourself a challenge and take on our Sportive road ride?

Alongside this family fun day, we have a challenge element in the form of a Sportive road ride.

From 8am at Castle Combe, join our collective of cyclists for either a 20-mile or a 63-mile road ride around the area, finishing back at the track to enjoy the rest of the family day.

Any entry fee paid by riders is intended to cover the cost of putting the event on, fundraising for charity is separate and participants are actively encouraged to set up a fundraising page. Please ask if you need any help or advice on how to do this.

Buying tickets to a Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance event helps fund our lifesaving work, but please note:

Participants need to bring their own road worthy bicycle and wear suitable safety equipment (helmets must be worn on the track at all times, failure to do so may result in being denied entry onto the racetrack).

This event will proceed in bad weather such as rain. However, in event of Met-Office weather warnings being issued, the event may be postponed, and all valid tickets will be honoured for the new date. All person/s attending the event should come appropriately dressed for the conditions.
