Kellie joined the charity in May 2019 and is passionate about creating a positive and supportive workplace where individuals and teams can thrive.

As Director of People and Wellbeing, Kellie leads all aspects of HR, ensuring that the charity’s people strategy supports both organisational goals and a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and development.

Before joining the charity, Kellie spent many years as an HR Business Partner in large corporate professional services firms, gaining extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and organisational change.
